Of course, this Disney classic should be a part of this list! The Lady and the Tramp tells the tale of a pampered cocker spaniel named Lady whose perfect life slips away when her owners welcomed their newborn baby. Lady finds herself out on the street where she meets a stray mutt named Tramp. A romance begins to blossom between the two dogs, despite their differences and the many factors that try to keep them apart. Here is a word of warning though; your kids may want to have dogs after watching this movie.

No Reservations is another love story that was rated by many parents as family-friendly. It follows the story of Master Chef Kate Armstrong who is known for running her life and her kitchen with intimidating intensity. However, everything changes when she becomes the guardian of her young niece. Plus, she crosses forks with a new employee who, unexpectedly, wins her heart.
9. My Girl
My Girl is a coming-of-age story which your kids can surely relate to. It is a story about a young girl named Vada who is struggling with her mother’s death while dealing with bullies. Her father operates a funeral service in their home so other kids think that she is a freak. Luckily, Vada has her best friend Thomas to lean on.
10. Ella Enchanted
As a baby, Ella was visited by her fairy godmother Lucinda who bestowed her with a magical talent to obey anything she is told to do. However, this gift proved to be more of a curse than a blessing when Ella’s mother died and she was forced to live with the ruthless Dame Olga. Ella Enchanted follows the journey of the courageous Ella as she searched for Lucinda to break the spell.

There is a good reason why everyone loves this sweet musical!
